Friction Sweepers International (FSI), is an Australian based company headquartered in Melbourne. We oversee all aspects of product design, development and manufacturing locally, sourcing some components from the USA.
FSI supplies sweepers to a variety of clients across multiple industries including: aviation (military & commercial), race tracks, synthetic sports fields, athletics tracks and golf courses.
Our customers include the US Airforce, major international airlines/airports, Formula 1, NASCAR and IndyCar tracks, NFL Stadiums, major US colleges, high schools, international athletics tracks and local governments.
Brook Tozer has been involved in the friction sweeper industry for over 30 years having started in his family business that invented and manufactured the first friction sweepers for commercial use in the early 90’s. Brook continues to focus on innovation and developing FSI’s products for new applications.
Nick Murray has 30 years experience in sports and technology businesses and joined FSI to help further grow the business through product development, expansion into new markets and developing relationships with new partners/distributors.
Scott Hustwaite heads up FSI’s manufacturing division with over 25 years experience in the industry and uses the latest materials, equipment and techniques to ensure FSI sweepers continue to evolve and lead the way.
