Friction Sweepers International (FSI) guarantees that for the duration of its working life, FSI will repair or replace (at FSI’s option) for the original purchaser any FSI Sweeper part or parts found by FSI to be defective in materials or manufacturing. Should a customer experience any defects, if requested by FSI, the relevant parts must be returned to FSI for inspection. FSI will not be responsible for repairs made by 3rd parties without approval.

This warranty does not cover general wear and tear on sweepers (including wheels), when sweepers are not used as instructed or on surfaces they are not designed for.
