By submitting photographs, videos, audio, written material or other content (collectively, “Content”) through the Turf Chief™ Cougar Brand Ambassador submission portal, you agree to the following terms.

1. Your Content

You confirm that:

• You created the Content or otherwise have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
• Your submission does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party.
• Any other identifiable person appearing in the Content has given you permission to include them and for their image, likeness and/or voice to be used in accordance with these terms.
• The information you provide in connection with your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Please do not submit Content containing third-party music, footage, images, branding or other protected material unless you have the necessary rights or permissions.

2. Permission to Use Your Content

By submitting Content, you grant Friction Sweepers International and its associated brands, including Turf Chief™, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, edit, adapt, crop, resize, caption, combine and otherwise repurpose the Content for marketing, advertising, promotional and commercial purposes.

This may include use across:

• Turf Chief™ and Friction Sweepers websites
• Organic social media
• Paid social and digital advertising
• Email marketing
• Online marketplaces and ecommerce channels
• Digital and printed marketing materials
• Presentations, demonstrations and promotional materials
• Other marketing and communications channels operated by or on behalf of Friction Sweepers International and Turf Chief™

You retain ownership of the original Content.

3. Name, Image, Likeness and Voice

Where your Content includes your name, image, likeness, voice, property or other identifying material, you grant Friction Sweepers International and Turf Chief™ permission to use those elements in connection with the permitted use of your Content.

This includes editing Content for length, format, placement or presentation, provided the Content is not intentionally altered in a way that materially misrepresents you or your experience.

4. Compensation

Submitting Content does not entitle you to payment, royalties, products or other compensation.

If you are subsequently selected to participate in the Turf Chief™ Cougar Beta Tester or Brand Ambassador Program, any products, compensation, benefits or additional obligations associated with that participation will be communicated and agreed separately.

5. Brand Ambassador and Beta Tester Selection

Submitting Content does not guarantee:

• Selection as a Turf Chief™ Brand Ambassador
• Selection as a Turf Chief™ Cougar Beta Tester
• Receipt of a Turf Chief™ Cougar product
• Any ongoing relationship with Friction Sweepers International or Turf Chief™

Participants will be selected at the discretion of the Turf Chief™ team based on the requirements of the program.

6. Content Standards

You agree not to submit Content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, obscene or otherwise inappropriate
• Infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights
• Contains material you do not have permission to use
• Contains deliberately false or misleading claims
• Contains confidential or sensitive information belonging to another person or organisation

Friction Sweepers International reserves the right not to use, or to remove from its channels, any submitted Content at its discretion.

7. No Obligation to Publish

Friction Sweepers International and Turf Chief™ are under no obligation to publish, use or retain any submitted Content.

Submission does not guarantee that your Content will appear in any marketing, advertising or promotional material.

8. Testimonials and Product Experiences

Where Content includes comments about Turf Chief™ Cougar or your experience with the product, you agree that those comments will reflect your genuine opinions and experience.

Friction Sweepers International may edit testimonials for length, formatting or clarity, but will not intentionally alter their meaning.

9. Personal Information

Personal information collected through the submission process will be used to administer the Turf Chief™ Cougar Beta Tester and Brand Ambassador Program, review submissions, contact applicants and manage participation in the program.

Any separate consent to receive promotional or marketing communications will be collected independently and is not a condition of submitting Content or applying to participate in the program.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Friction Sweepers International’s applicable privacy policy.

10. Withdrawal Requests

You may contact Friction Sweepers International to request that your Content no longer be used in future marketing materials.

Where reasonably practicable, Friction Sweepers International will cease new use of the Content following such a request. This may not require the withdrawal or destruction of materials that have already been published, distributed, produced, scheduled or incorporated into existing campaigns or materials.

Any rights already exercised before the request will not be affected.

11. Changes to These Terms

Friction Sweepers International may update these terms from time to time. The terms applicable to your submission will be those presented to you when your Content is submitted.

12. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box and submitting your Content, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• You agree to be bound by them.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the authority to grant the permissions described above.
